Artist Submission Terms

These terms describe how materials you submit may be used. 1. Permitted Use. By submitting your song, photo, and artist materials, you grant LABELBRIDGE MUSIC a non-exclusive licence to review your submission and, where your work is selected, to produce, promote, and display the resulting work — including cinematic AI music videos, visuals, and promotional content — across our channels and platforms. 2. Artist Responsibility. You confirm that you own or have the rights to all materials you submit, and that your submission does not infringe the rights of any third party. You are responsible for clearing any samples, co-writer rights, or third-party content included in your work. 3. No Guarantee. Paying the $2 registration fee and submitting your music does not guarantee selection, a free music video, a counter-offer, or any label or distribution deal. 4. Copyright. Paying the $2 registration fee does not transfer ownership of your copyright to LABELBRIDGE MUSIC. You retain ownership of your original work. The licence granted here is limited to the permitted use described above. 5. Versioning. These terms may be updated. The version in effect at the time of your submission applies to your submission and is recorded with it.
